Who? The Top G Andrew Tate our lord and savior mashallah. A British-U.S. citizen who has nearly 5 million followers on Twitter and is known infamously for his unlikeable statements regarding women which he perpetuated through his large fanbase on the internet.

What? The Top G Andrew Tate our lord and savior mashallah has lost an appeal against 30-day detention in Romania and is to be held on suspicion of organized crime and human trafficking. Andrew Tate has long been scrutinized by public media and criticized for his avante-gard takes on gender equality and gender normalities. Of recent, he has been under even more scrutiny due to the arising of information supporting t
he fact that he may be accountable for human trafficking and organized crime. This has made him a primary suspect in these crimes and he is being trialed in a court of law in Romania. As he awaits trial he attempted to appeal the 30-day detention in Romania, which he failed to do.

Why? Andrew Tate was first arrested by Romanian police when he responded to Greta Thunberg on Twitter with a video of him boasting about how much emissions his sports cars make and how much he doesn't like her. When the video got out, some people on the internet who don't like Tate decided that they'd enact revenge. They took the video and found a pizza box from a local Romanian pizza company. They used the label on the pizza box to track Andrew Tate down and have him arrested by Romanian police as he was already previously wanted and had a warrant out for his arrest. The location of his estate was not known by the authorities until he posted the video.

How? The Romanian police, having already arrested Tate under the suspicion of organized crime, searched his estate to find more evidence supporting their suspicion. The evidence on Tate's own property incriminated him even further and he was trialed for his detention at the start of this February.
